Refugee Strong opens 2nd library in Dadaab!

Omar recently embarked on a significant journey to Dadaab.  His trip was centered around the opening of the second library in the Dagahaley camp on July 27, 2024, a milestone event aimed at fostering education and providing resources for the community.

Upon his arrival, Omar was greeted with warm hospitality from the residents and local officials.  During the opening ceremony, Omar delivered and inspiring speech, emphasizing the importance of education in empowering individuals and transforming communities.  He highlighted how the library would serve as a crucial resource for students,

teachers, and anyone eager to learn.

The library is stocked with books, educational materials, and digital resources.  It is designed to meet the needs of all age groups.

Omar's visit to Dadaab and the opening of the library mark a significant step towards enhancing educational opportunities in the camp.  His efforts and dedication to this cause have left a lasting impact, inspiring many to pursue their dreams through the power of education.
